Refund policy

 Digital downloads cannot be physically returned or exchanged, all sales at The Digital Nook are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once a digital product has been purchased or downloaded.

Physical products can be returned for a refund within 30 days of the sale. The items must be in their original packaging and be unused. 

Please email support@thedigitalnook.co.uk to request a return. The buyer pays the return postage. 

Exceptional Circumstances: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will issue a refund or replacement strictly under the following conditions:

• The digital file is completely corrupted, unopenable, or defective, and we are unable to provide a working replacement file.
• You were accidentally charged multiple times for the exact same item in a single transaction (in which case, duplicate charges will be refunded).
