Refund policy

Because our products are digital downloads and cannot be physically returned or exchanged, all sales at The Digital Nook are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once a digital product has been purchased or downloaded.

Exceptional Circumstances: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will issue a refund or replacement strictly under the following conditions:

  • The digital file is completely corrupted, unopenable, or defective, and we are unable to provide a working replacement file.

  • You were accidentally charged multiple times for the exact same item in a single transaction (in which case, duplicate charges will be refunded).
